As we all know, UVLED curing machine can be used to cure UV light source and UV ink. Its curing speed is fast and the curing effect is good, which is very popular among ink printing manufacturers. How to detect curing

After the UV varnish and UV ink are cured, a hard film layer is formed. If the film layer is peeled off with a knife tip, it should look like a hard scale-like, shiny surface. If it is not cured thoroughly, when it is peeled off with a knife tip, a small piece like paraffin will appear.

UV varnish and UV ink curing test:

1. Use paper and ink to hold the crucible by hand. If the surface layer is cured, the bottom layer will not cure, and the surface will be worn out;

2. Place the paper after glazing printing for 24 hours. If the curing is complete, basically no smell will be smelled. If varnish or ink odor is asked, it means that there is not fully cured component;

3. Use a pin to draw the surface layer of the light, and then observe with a 200-fold magnifying glass. The scratch is jagged, indicating that it has solidified;

4. Drop the surface of the film with acetone or ethanol. If the film dissolves quickly, it means that it is not completely cured. If it is the opposite, it proves that the curing is complete.
