viscosity

Viscosity is the internal friction of a liquid, which means that under the action of an external force, a layer of liquid slides on another layer of liquid, and the friction of the inner layer of liquid is applied. The viscous liquid inner layer slides to encounter greater mechanical resistance and less lean liquid resistance.

Thixotropy

Thixotropy is a physical property of a liquid, that is, its viscosity decreases under agitation, and its original viscosity is quickly restored after standing.

During the advancement of the squeegee, the print is agitated, in a flowing state, and the viscosity is lowered, thereby accelerating the speed at which the print passes through the mesh. Once the squeegee stops moving, the print returns to a standstill and its viscosity quickly returns to its original level.

Pigments and mineral fillers are generally solid, ground to a particle size of no more than 4/5 um, and form a homogenous flow state in a solid form.

2, the use of printing materials

1) The temperature of the printing material must be kept at 20~25 °C;

2) Must be carefully mixed evenly before use;

3) The commonly used stencils and printing materials must withstand solvent cleaning;

4) Drying of the printing material must be equipped with an effective exhaust system, otherwise it will contaminate the surface of the printed circuit board.
