Screen printing ink classification

Plastic series:

The application of plastics is very extensive, and various products with different functions have been developed according to the different materials. At the color configuration end, since the plastic printing product pursues a thick and smooth ink, the density is slightly adjusted at the time of coloring, and the color shift of the product in the actual printing can be corrected, so that the printed product is present.

Glass metal series:

Glass printing material:

As a transparent body, the glass receives incident light from different angles and optically reacts and scatters. If the pigment distribution in the glass ink is not uniform, it tends to cause a chromatic darkness fault.

Metal printing material:

The metal itself is a type of printing material with a background color. If the fullness of the color ink is not high enough, it is easy to cause chromatic aberration due to the color transmission.

Nylon series:

Nylon prints are especially common for light and heat and the contact of several liquids

Uv series:

Uv inks are produced by the curing phenomenon caused by short-wave radiation. However, the addition of different color pigments causes the absorption of uv light to be different, resulting in different curing and drying speeds. Therefore, uneven pigment particle distribution leads to printing. The drying speed of the parts is different, which causes various problems.

Four-color series:

The color of each color block of the four-color ink is mostly composed of a certain proportion of dots. When printing, the thickness of the ink layer is strictly controlled, so that the color intensity of each color block is easily changed by the printing conditions and the color shift occurs.
