(1) Net frame: Due to the high printing precision requirements, the wire mesh frame is mostly made of hard aluminum or aluminum alloy profiles.

(2) Screen: Mostly use stainless steel wire mesh or nylon wire mesh. Generally, the mesh size for printing is 200-300 mesh. When the precision requirement is higher, the wire mesh higher than 300 mesh is required.

Second, the ink

1) Viscosity

Viscosity is the resistance of fluid flow, also known as internal friction coefficient or viscosity coefficient.

2) Fluidity

The degree to which a certain amount of ink flows naturally on a flat surface for a certain period of time without external force.

3) Plasticity

Screen printing inks are thick suspension colloids between fluids and semi-solids, so they have both fluidity and plasticity.

4) Fineness

Fineness indicates the size of the pigment and other solid material particles in the ink, and also indicates the uniformity of distribution of these particles in the binder.

5) stringiness

Since the molecular weight of the binder in the ink is large and the viscosity is strong, when the printing plate is lifted, a phenomenon in which many ink filaments appear on the back side of the screen is called drawing.

6) Dryness

The ink can not dry the conjunctiva on the screen plate for a long time, and after the screen printing machine prints, it is required to dry on the substrate as much as possible.

Third, screen printing machine
