Precautions for Screen Printing Ink Toning
The spot color ink blending includes light color ink blending and dark ink blending. All the inks prepared by adding a diluent to the original ink are light-colored inks, and the diluent is the mainstay when blending, and the original color ink is supplemented. Note:
  1) Choose the appropriate dilution agent according to the color sample;
  2) Determine the ratio between the original ink and the dilution agent based on the chromatogram and the original sample;
  3) Add the selected primary color ink successively in the order from light color to dark color;
  4) Add the ink in order from large to small according to the mixing ratio;
  5) After the blending is uniform, use a scraper to scrape a small color sample with the original for comparison and check, or open the ink on the paper (that is, dip ink with a volume similar to mung bean and place it on the paper, and then cover it with another piece of paper. Expand the ink above for comparison);
  6) Use inks of different colors as little as possible, otherwise the gloss of the blended ink will decrease and the ink will be dark;
  7) All paper of the sample should be the same as the printing paper, and the color draft and sample must be observed under the same standard light source.
