The silk screen process is usually the last processing step (after all surface treatment steps), and there may be surface treatment such as electroplating, spraying, oxidation, electropolishing before silk screen printing.

Although the surface of the screen printing workpiece may have a convex portion, it is required that the unevenness of the screen and the protruding object are not allowed in the area covered by the screen printing screen. There should be no sharp edges near the screen printing area to avoid screen rupture during silk screen printing.

The silk screen of the workpiece must be positioned. It is necessary to consider whether the silk screen can be positioned during the process arrangement. If necessary, the positioning fixture can be added. The screen-printed workpiece must be baked at a high temperature in the oven, so there should be no objects damaged by high temperature on the workpiece.
