2. Fix the screen on the manual printing table, adjust the upper and lower positions of the screen, and ensure that the distance between the substrate and the screen is about 5mm, which is ready for fine-tuning the grid distance.

3. According to the position of the screen, adjust the position of the front, back, left and right of the substrate. After determining the position, find a way to fix the printing fixture to ensure the printing fixture is stable and reliable.

4. Fine-tune the mesh distance, generally 2-3 mm, to ensure uniform mesh distance. Because it is hand-printed, after adjusting the mesh distance, you need to find a part or other item to support a point on the screen to ensure the grid distance is stable.

5. Pour the adjusted ink, first lift the screen, use the scraper to scrape the ink on the pattern to be printed; put down the screen, the other hand presses the screen, starts to scrape, the strength is better than the first A little more. (Supplement: The length of the scraper on the hand scraper is longer than the pattern, generally 20mm longer, and there are special circumstances.)

6. Lift the screen, remove the substrate, and complete a printing.
