The repair method is to replace the new switch, socket, push button switch or dismantle the maintenance-related damaged parts.
2. During the semi-automatic operation, step on the foot switch to lower the slide, then release it to rise again.
This phenomenon is generally that the proximity switch on the left side of the horizontal slide is damaged or disconnected. The solution is to replace the proximity switch or connect the switch.
3. During semi-automatic work, press the foot switch to lower the vertical slide, and the printing base will not move after moving to the left.
The cause of this failure is that the proximity switch on the left side of the slide base is not sensed or has a problem.
The solution is to adjust the left proximity switch sensing point or replace the good proximity switch; there is also a micro switch inside the foot switch that does not move, which will also cause this failure. The solution is to adjust, repair or replace the micro switch in the foot switch with a new micro switch.
4. Press the foot switch during semi-automatic operation, the slide will move down and move to the left, but will not move to the right.
This phenomenon occurs because the proximity switch on the upper left of the vertical slide is not sensed or the proximity switch has a problem. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch on the top or the better proximity switch.
Fifth, the ascending action is half a beat slow after the action is switched.
This type of fault is the control solenoid valve is blocked by a foreign body or the solenoid valve is faulty. The solution is to remove the solenoid valve to clean up or replace the solenoid valve.
Six, manual, semi-automatic all do not move, the power light is on.
The cause of this kind of failure is that the low-side fuse is blown, no air source enters, and all the solenoid valves are faulty. The solution is to change the low-side fuse and check whether the pressure reaches 4-7kg / cm. All the solenoid valves have a small failure, and most of them are disconnected.
Seven, automatic, semi-self-starting does not drop.
This type of failure occurs when the proximity switch on the right side of the horizontal slide is faulty or not sensed, the selection switch is faulty, and the single-action switch chain point is damaged. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch induction or replace the right proximity switch, replace or repair the selection switch and single action switch.
Eight, can not start automatically.
This type of failure is that the micro-branch switches of the upper and lower cylinders are normally closed, the contacts cannot be conducted or the timer is damaged. The solution is to repair the micro-switch or replace the timer.
Nine, do not inhale on the work surface.
The cause of this type of failure is that the suction motor has burned. The contactor of the control motor is damaged and the suction motor rotates, but the control suction solenoid valve is faulty and the suction selection switch is faulty. The solution is to repair or replace it.
Ten, the vertical slide rises slowly.
The cause of this kind of failure is that the vertical slide bearing is free of oil or the cylinder piston is worn, and the shaft is bent by magnetic collision. The solution is to replenish oil, replace the piston password, and adjust the shaft.
