1, the ink is not firmly attached

The reason should be that the original tension on the surface of the printed material is insufficient, the ink cannot be matched when blending with the material, and the performance of the ink itself is relatively poor. The solution can be tried to treat the surface of the printed material. If it is a problem with the ink itself, then the ink needs to be replaced.

2, the ink is difficult to dry

It may be a problem with the ratio, or it is caused by too fast printing speed and high operating environment humidity. The solution is to adjust the ratio, reduce the speed of Beijing label printing and improve the dryness of the printing environment.

3, ink bonding

It may be because the ink is not dry or the pressure of printing is relatively large. The solution is still to adjust the ratio of the ink, and add a little anti-adhesive agent as appropriate, reduce the pressure when printing.

4, bubbles appear

It is because there is air in the ink, or the surface tension of the ink is relatively large, and the printing speed is too fast. The solution is to properly adjust the viscosity of the ink and lower the printing speed.

5, there is a paste version

Label printing is caused by the fact that the ink contains relatively large particles, or the amount of ink used is too large, and the printing pressure is too large. The solution is to reduce the viscosity of the ink, the amount of ink should be reduced accordingly, and the printing pressure should not be too large.
